What’s Included.
During the Home Inspection, the building and its system components are evaluated and described according to type, condition (including estimates for life expectancies), and functionality. Operable systems including Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Central Air Conditioning, Windows and Doors, Exhaust Systems, and Appliances are tested to ensure they are functioning as intended.
Full Infrared Thermographic Scans, in-wall moisture metering and other state-of-the-art tools are used on every inspection to deliver the best possible inspection experience.
At the end of the inspection, we present our findings in the report with an iPad, and answer any additional questions that arise. Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection if possible. As we finish, the report is emailed directly to your inbox in a clickable PDF.
