Meet Your Inspector

Pierce Bowie began his inspection career in the Lower Mainland and was soon performing around 400 inspections per year. He now lives in the Cowichan valley with his wife, twin daughters and cat. When he’s not out advising his clients on their properties, he enjoys tackling his own home renovation projects, building an ever-expanding garden, hiking through the island’s estimable nature, and composing for the piano.

Pierce is a certified Home Inspector through the Carson Dunlop training program at Douglas College, and completed training for Commercial Inspections with SDW Engineering (Toronto). At BCIT, he has completed the Building Envelope Performance Course for multi-story wood-frame structures, and is a Certified Level 1 Infrared Thermographer.

Pierce is an Accredited Member of the Home Inspectors Association of BC (HIABC) and is committed to their ongoing educational requirements for professional development. He is licensed under Consumer Protection BC #78675.
